You have the right to delete your Ottract account at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
You can delete your account from the sidebar profile section by clicking the "Delete Account" button. You will be asked to confirm before deletion proceeds. Once confirmed, the process is immediate and irreversible.
Your data is removed immediately upon deletion. Some residual data in backup systems may take up to 30 days to be fully purged, after which it is permanently destroyed.
Deleting your account automatically cancels any active subscription. You will not be charged further. Refunds for partial billing periods are not provided unless required by applicable law.
Account deletion is permanent. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you wish to use Ottract again, you will need to create a new account.
