You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
The Service offers subscription plans with varying features and usage limits. Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activities, to generate harmful or misleading content, to violate intellectual property rights, or to attempt to disrupt the Service. AI-generated content should be reviewed before use in business decisions.
The Service, its design, and its underlying technology are the property of Nativier. Content you generate using the Service is yours to use. You retain ownership of your business data submitted to the platform.
The Service provides AI-generated insights for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. Nativier is not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated content.
You may delete your account at any time. Nativier reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
